1.21 Carat Blue Sapphire, Diamond & 14kt Ring, Size: 4 | Marquis faceted blue sapphire 1.21 carat, 10.02mm x 5.14mm x 3.54mm. Eighteen natural square sapphires 1.5mm x 1.5mm. Accented with sixteen round brilliant cut diamonds weigh 0.28 carat, I1-I2, color H-I. Stamped 14K yellow gold.
