40CT LAB SAPPHIRE, DIAMOND, AND 18KT GOLD BROOCH/PENDANT, H 2 1/2":Set with 40ct cabochon pear and round lab sapphires, and .60ct diamonds, set in a brooch of 18kt yellow and white gold. The diamonds have an H color and VS-2 clarity. Measures H.2 1/2" x 2 3/4". Weighs approximately 57.8 grams.
