AFGHAN HAND WOVEN WOOL SADDLE COVER, W 3' 8", L 5' 10":Having a flat weave, red ground, with red and black diamond patterns, long fringe. Small hole in center, possibly for saddle horn. The cover consist of 5 woven pieces sewn together along the finished edges. There are some areas, on these edges, where the thread that holds the panels together has come loose. This is an easy fix and does not affect the integrity of the woven panel. There are some areas along the outer edge, of the saddle cover, that are missing fringe. There are three areas along the outer edge that have a lengthwise tear. These tears range in size from 2" to 1".
