After Isidore Jules Bonheur (French, 1827-01) Bronze, H 15", W 21", Bull With Banderillas | A posthumous bronze sculpture after Isidore Jules Bonheur depicting a bull impaled with banderillas. Artist's signature to the base in mold. Depth 8". Presented on a green marble base, measuring H 16" overall.
Private Collection, Bloomfield Township, Michigan.
Loss to the tip of the spear in the bull's back. Otherwise good condition.
