As viewed in the unopened frame under room light:  light, small stain in UR image area; light browning in general but much more browning in the 'margin' area from the mat; rectangular stains in margin area from the tape used to assemble the mat; was currently mounted at the top and the sides with brown tape (now pulling apart) and mounted at the bottom center with a small piece of masking tape; paper measures 12 7/8" x 10" with deckled edges on the left and the bottom; paper is slightly rolling; gilt molding is scratched.  Rf, 1-12-2017
