AMERICAN RENAISSANCE REVIVAL WALNUT PARLOR CHAIRS, C. 1870, PAIR:In the manner of John Jeliff (1813-1893), each has a shaped, upholstered back with a medallion crest above an upholstered seat flanked by padded open arms with female mask supports, raised on turned legs. From the estate of Edward P. Frohlich, Grosse Pointe Farms.
Refinished condition with new upholstery. Light scratches overall; a 1" crack at the medallion crest of one chair.
