23.25" Curved, single-edged, flat-back blade marked at the spine J.J. Runkel Solingen (Johann Justus Runkel 1751-1808). Half blued steel with gilt highlighted etched floral designs, the Royal Crest of the United Kingdom and GR under a crown. Brass horse head pommel and foliate guard. Wire wrapped bone grip. Includes leather scabbard with brass chape and throat.

Condition

Pitting to the blade. Approximately five small chips to the blade's edge. Wear to the gilt highlighting.
