ART DECO SILVER OVERLAY BLACK GLASS VASE, C. 1920, H 6 3/4", ATTRIB. TO TIFFIN/ROCKWELL:A Tiffin black satin glass vase with silver overlay parrot motif and banding, probably by Rockwell Silver Co. of Meriden, Conn. The glass is numbered 15-32B-6 underneath; the silver does not appear to be marked.
