A cast iron stamp seal press. When stamped, 'NOTL OC COMPANY CORPORATION - DETROIT, MICH.' is embossed in the paper. Press was manufactured by Volk Stamp & Stencil Co. from 151 E. Jefferson Ave. Detroit, Michigan. Circa 1930. Also Capsule Display Case, Iron & Glass, 10" x 6". Arthur Colton invented the capsule.
Iron seal works with minimal friction. With minor edge wear that commensurate with age & use. Capsule dispenser should have four glass cylinders. (One is missing).
