A bronze fountain by Bessie Potter Vonnoh in verdigris patina depicting a nude young woman with open arms. Signed "Bessie Potter Vonnoh". Foundry mark: "Roman Bronze Works, NY". Base diameter: 7.5". Provenance: Purchased DuMouchelles, 03/1998. Collection of Dr. Kenneth Harris, Grosse Pointe, MI. Gifted to consignor c. 2008. Whilst this composition is similar to the 1925 work, Springtime of Life, the placement of the figure's hands differ.
