BLACK FOREST CARVED WALNUT SCULPTURE, H 72", W 27":In the form of a chimpanzee resting atop a carved rocky post with a parrot alighted at the right arm, and holding a round carved tray in the other. No apparent markings. Measures H.72" x 27" approximately.
The parrot has a repaired wing; it also appears that there is a piece missing from the tray; numerous minor scratches and scuffs to the wood.
