BRASS & IRON USS "CERO" SUBMARINE PERISCOPE,#1067, 1943, H 29", W 30":WWII era submarine, USS "Cero" periscope made by Kollmorgen Optical Corp. Reg. No. 1067. Also stamped with U.S. Navy mark ("U.S. "with anchor): "10308 #19: and a second U.S. Navy Mark. This is the portion of the periscope with the two pivoting handles, which the captain rotates to view his targets.
