A mid-19th century gilded porcelain cheese dome by Carl Tielsch for Altwasser. Having a floral and leaf design with gilt and blue trim. Bearing signature branding to the underside under glaze, dating the piece to 1875-1909. Provenance: a prominent Chelsea, MI estate.
