Metal binocular microscope marked "Carl Zeiss Jena Nr. 44410". Swivel reflector with telescoping adjustment knob. Having a fitted wood case containing eight lenses and an extra stage. Case bearing a plaque on the inside of the door that reads "P. Brock & Co. Fredericksberggade 38 Kobenhavn". Paper labels indicate this belonged to Bent G. Boving, M.D. Wayne State University, Detroit. Case size: H 14.75", W 7.75", D 9". Includes "Z" locking key. Provenance: Private Collection, Boston-Edison District, Detroit, MI (40-year resident of the Boston-Edison Ford House)
