CHINESE LACQUER TRUNK ON STAND, H 10", L 26":Depth 15". Trunk is 10" and sits on a frame that is 10" high, making total height 20". Heavy brass hasp, lock and side handles. Motif of pavilions and landscape. Circa late 19th century. From the collection of Dr. Marion Scott and Ann Scott, Grosse Pointe Shores.
Some old restoration. Crackeleur to finish.
