Matching serial numbers of 9916. 1973 Colt reissue of the model 1851 Navy revolver. Cylinder engraved with a naval engagement, marked Colt's Patent No. 9916, engraved by W.L. Ormsby, New York. Octagonal barrel marked at the top "Address Saml Colt New-York City".
Loading lever is stuck in place. Action is mechanically sound. Two small points of rusting to the barrel.
