Octagonal barrel marked 'Deane Adams & Deane 30 King William St. London Bridge' and bearing proof marks of a crown over P and a crown over V. Frame marked 'Adams' Patent No. 12838'. Cylinder marked 'No. 12838 P' and bearing proof marks of a crown over V. No apparent caliber markings, appears to be .38. Having a checked walnut grip, wedge rear sight and blade front sight. Includes original wooden storage box with Deane Adams & Deane label. Storage box also contains a brass powder flask, a bullet mold, cleaning rod, a maintenance tool and percussion caps.
