DOROTHY R. ADAMS PASTEL ON PAPER, 1944, H 17.25", L 13.25", "WINTER":Dorothy Richosin Adams [American, 20th C.]. A pastel on paper depicting an early Winter urban landscape. Signed and dated lower right. Also signed and titled on the matting. Framed and matted under glass. Detroit Institute of Arts label on verso: "Detroit Institute of Arts, Detroit 2, Mich. Annual Exhibition for Michigan Artists".
The pastel is in good condition. Foxing noted to the matting.
