An early 19th century Dutch marquetry bombe bureau. Offers a rolling top and three lower drawers. Terminating on two cabriole form ball and claw feet. and two back legs. Rolling top reveals drawers, envelope slots and concealed book front cases. Original bronze hardware. Place of origin: Netherlands. With an aged patina and visible abrasions throughout. Minor lifting and associated cracks to the veneer. The top and sides have areas of replaced and/or repaired veneer.
