The vase offers painted summer anemone flowers on a blue-to-yellow ground, rendered in a vellum glaze. This vase was designed by famed Rookwood designer Edith Noonan (American, fl. 1904-1910) in year VII (1907) and is design # 932E with the Rookwood Flame and backwards “R” and “P” signature branding to the underside. Provenance: Property from a Clarkston, Michigan private collector.

Condition

When viewed under natural light, tight, consistent crazing was observed throughout the exterior.
