Offers a painted magnolia band with tapering bodice rendered in velum glaze. This vase was designed by famed Rookwood designer Edward George Diers (American, fl. 1896-1931) in year X (1910) and is design # 1663D with the Rookwood Flame and backwards “R” and “P” signature branding to the underside. Provenance: Property from a Clarkston, Michigan private collector.

Condition

When viewed under natural light, tight, consistent crazing was observed throughout the exterior.
