Flanked by half round spindles with gilt stencil designs and opening to a painted white face with Roman numerals and gilt accents in the corners. Two key wind. Paper label inside the case with instructions below the face. Bottom portion of access door depicts a painted scene of Oliver Hazzard Perry's victory during War of 1812 with the inscription: "Lake Erie Perry's Victory Sept. 10, 1813". Includes pendulum and key.
