English Papier Mache Tray Table, C. 1815, H 20.5'' L 25'' 2 pcs An early 19th century English papier mache tray atop a black lacquered wood stand. The underside of the tray is marked 'WONTNER & BENSON - LONDON'. Width 33".
From the collection of Dr A. Michael Prus and Judith Prus, Grosse Pointe Farms.
When viewed under natural light, faint surface scratches were observed. Surface lacquer has some yellowing. Otherwise, no visible abrasions or notable damage.
