ENGLISH STERLING PATCH BOX, LONDON, C. 1820, H 1 1/2", DIA 1 3/4":A cylindrical sterling silver box with removable cover. Mismatched hallmarks include a lion passant, crowned leopard, king's profile, date letter S, and maker's mark "WP" on the base; king's profile, lion passant, uncrowned leopard, date letter lower case I, and maker's mark "ID/AD" (see additional photos).
Minor dings due to handling; overall, good condition.
