ENGLISH STERLING SERVING SPOON, C.1808, THOMAS BARKER, LONDON, L 11 3/4":A sterling silver English server.  Hallmarks include, passant lion, crowned leopard's head, duty mark for King George III, and date letter 'N', indicating 1808; also marked with maker's initials, denoting Thomas Barker of London.  Weighs approximately 3.44 troy ounces.

Condition

There is slight wear at the well, and minor surface scratches from use.  In good used condition. Ad   There is minor pitting to the bowl and the handle of the spoon. The handle is monogrammed with the letter "B". RB 8-16-17
