FEDERAL STYLE PLASTER FIREPLACE MANTEL, H 52", W 83":White plaster in bunting and oil lamp motif, half round classical fluted columns on the sides.
All dimensions are approx. within 1/2": Outer: across the top 83" W., 52 1/2" H., 10 1/2" D. ... opening: 57" W., 38" H., 5 1/2" D. There are two holes with some surrounding plaster missing on the mantle top like something was anchored there (a mirror maybe). The holes are 38" apart, 24" in from the left and 21" in from the right. There is some damage to the plaster along the right wall edge about 3 feet up. I could not see the left edge. There is roughness along all wall edges seen. Detail work appears to be intact.
