Marbled end papers, edges to pages and fitted case, 5" H. x 3 1/4" W. Second set by Charles Lamb, "Specimens of English Dramatic Poets Vols. I & II". Published by Edward Moxon, Dover Street, London, MDCCCXIV (1844). Having 3/4 leather and marbled boards, raised bands, with gilt trim and titles. Marbled endpapers and edges to pages. Third volume by Marie Caroline Watson Hamlin, "Legends Of Le Detroit", second edition, published by Thorndike Nourse, Detroit, 1884. Having 3/4 leather and marbled boards, raised bands with gilt trim, title, date and author on the panels. Gilt top edges of pages. Inscription and signature on fly leaf "Henry A. Montgomery", dated: Dec. 25, 1943, Detroit, Mich". Fourth volume by James Whitcomb Riley, "Afterwhiles". Published by Bowen-Merrill Co., Indianapolis, 1888. First Edition, cloth spine, gilt top edges to pages, with a custom box with 1/4 leather.

Condition

Tom Jones exhibits bumped corners, softened end and shelf wear. Dramatic Poets exhibits bumped corners, shelf wear. Very minor shelf wear on Le Detroit volume. Afterwhiles volume has bumped corners, softened ends, loose front fly sheet, discoloration and wear to boards.
