FRANK M. WHITING & CO. STERLING TEA & COFFEE SET, FIVE PIECES, PATTERN 640:The sterling silver set includes 1 teapot, H.10", 1 coffee pot, H.11 1/2", 1 creamer, 1 covered sugar bowl, and 1 waste bowl. Each piece has a melon form body with repousse acanthus leaves and floral motifs. Stamped underneath with manufacturer's marks and number 640 (see additional photo). Engraved initial M at one side. Totaling approximately 80.12 troy ounces.
Light scratches from use, the rim of the waste bowl is slightly misshapen, but otherwise in good condition.
Troy ounce weights are approximate, as follows: coffee pot-25.27; teapot-23.01; waste-8.19; creamer-9.32; sugar-14.33.
