Limited edition of 35. A Blackfoot warrior with his lance and battle shield slides his war horse to a stop. The horse used in battle was trained to be a capable advisory and was greatly prized. Green/black patina. Signed. Purchased from the Phoenix Art Museum, "Cowboy Artists of America, Twentieth Annual Exhibition", 1985. Provenance: Property from a Berkley, MI private collection.
