An early 19th century rosewood and brass paneled harp. With 'Frederick Grosjean No. 11 Soho Square, London' engraved on one brass panel, and 'Improved Patent No. 419' with Royal English crest engraved the other side. Provenance: a Jackson, Michigan estate.

With a significant fracture and repair to the shoulder. With silk rope as string substitutes. Having modern gold tone paint applied to the crown and pillar. With visible abrasions and associated losses throughout. In as-is condition.
