FRENCH BRONZE, LATE 19TH/EARLY 20TH C. H 5 1/2" W (APPROX.) 11" D 5 3/4" "THE DYING GAUL":Raised on marble base. With incised foundry signature "Rolland Fdeur Paris L" and stamped mark "H. Vissac Ciseleur Paris" to naturalistic base, raised on marble. Overall height 6 1/2", width 11 3/4", depth 6 1/2'.
With some marks to sculpture, light surface wear in isolated areas, but otherwise in good condition.
