Having a bronze seated Roman general with laurel leaf crown and d'ore bronze helmet, footrest and spear. Black Belgian marble case with bronze ormolu and lion mask feet. Works marked 'Vincenti & Cie' (Jean Vincenti, Vincenti & Cie was a Parisian clockmaker from 1834 to 1870. The firm won two silver medals in the Paris Expositions of 1834 and 1855). Includes winding key. Provenance: Property from a Bloomfield Hills, MI private collector.
