GEORGE III STERLING CREAMER BY WILLIAM BENNETT, LONDON, 1814-15, H 4 1/2":A sterling silver creamer, or sauce boat, with gadrooned rim and ribbing about, floral repousse sides, on four ball feet. Hallmarks below the spout include a lion passant, crowned leopard, king's profile, and date letter "T", along with maker's mark "WB" enclosed, probably for William Bennett (see photo). Old repair visible only from inside. Weighs approximately 6.30 troy oz.
Marked "T" for date; dents.
