A Georgian style mahogany secretary slant front desk with bookcase. Upper section is 58" high with fenestrated glass doors and an archiectural pediment. The lower section contains the tooled leather writing desk with three long and two half drawers.
Comes apart in two pieces. Interior of drawers are clean. The green tooled leather surface exhibits some wear. Interior drawers and envelope slots are beautifully shaped and contoured. Please note all lots show signs of wear commensurate with age and use, and the lack of a statement regarding condition does not imply the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from defects or the effects of aging.
