GOLD HANDLED & EBONY WALKING STICK WITH AGATE INSET, C. 1865, L 34 1/2":An unmarked gold handle inset with agate, engraved "J. L. Black, Va. City, N. T." indicating Virginia City in the Nevada Territory. The handle measures L.2 1/4", Dia.1 3/4".
Several small and minor dings to the handle; the stone with remnants of gold leaf, possibly; ferule is likely a replacement.
