Signed upper right. Depicting a seated Native American chief. Red painted frame. Stamped "Harry Long" on verso. Until this collection came to market, little was known of Harry Long. The label on the verso of another work confirms that the artist was living in Detroit and active in Michigan in the mid 20th c.
