HAVILAND LIMOGES PORCELAIN PARTIAL DINNER SERVICE, 38 PIECES, DIA 9 5/8":Having parcel gilt and polychrome floral edging. Comprising 38 pieces total, including: 7 bouillon cups and 11 saucers, 4 bread and butter plates (6 1/8" diam.), 2 plates (7 1/2" diam.), 5 salad plates (8 1/2" diam.), 6 luncheon plates (9 5/8" diam.), 1 oval dish (9 3/4" length), 1 footed bowl (9" diam.), and 1 platter (16" x 12"). From the Estate of Palmer T. Heenan, Grosse Pointe Park.
Condition
The oval dish with one crack to center. With loss in isolated areas to gilt rim, as well as marks, scratches, and scuffs throughout consistent with age and gentle use. The platter has a 1/4" chip at the underside of the rim. One luncheon plate has a 1/8" chip at the underside of the rim. TW 7-29-17
