HENRY COOLEY (ENGLISH), CHINOISERIE GRANDFATHER CLOCK, LATE 18TH C/EARLY 19TH C., H 102", W 19", D 9 1/2":Having three brass and ball sphere finials, hand-decorated with scrolling floral design leading to an arched glass paneled door, flanked by 2 three-quarter length columns with brass fittings. A brass face, with remnants of a silvered finish, Roman numeral hours and Arabic seconds, and a date window at 6 o'clock. Also noted, a two key wind, pendulum and two weights, with crank.
