HOUSE OF FABERGE STERLING MUSICAL EGG H 8":Sterling musical House of Faberge egg, produced by the Franklin Mint. A vermeil finish sterling egg over red guilloche enamel, opens to reveal crown while playing music. Marked on base "The House of Faberge Presents The Faberge Imperial Eagle Egg, 150th Anniversary, Sterling .925, Franklin Mint". Measures: 8" h. x 3 1/4" x 3 1/4".
Condition
The music box is in working order. No box and no paperwork. There is a small area, under the tip of one of the rope swags, that is missing enamel. This area is approx. 1/4" in diameter. The rope swag covers most of it, so it is not very noticeable. Otherwise the egg is in good condition. TW 4-1-17
