The other depicting an open air marriage ceremony in a forest. Provenance: Property of an Italian collector who willed it to his daughter who, in turn, brought it with her when she emigrated to the United States circa 1970. Dueling scene retains its original varnish but suffers losses due to wear and age. Marriage scene shows major losses due to age, poor storage - retains original pigment and varnish. Both sold "as is".
