Japanese Meiji Period Blue & White Export Porcelain Bowl, C. 1900, H 8'' Dia. 10.25'' A circa 1900 Japanese blue and white export porcelain bowl. Offers atmospheric motifs with dragons and a dog adjacent to peonies to the basin. Bearing Japanese export paper labels to the exterior and underside. Japanese Meiji Period porcelain. Provenance: Private Collection, Boston-Edison District, Detroit, MI (40-year resident of the Boston-Edison Ford House)

Condition

When viewed under natural light, no chips, fractures and/or conservation efforts were observed.
