JAPANESE PRINTS, LOT OF TWO:One print depicting a Squirrel on a grapevine. Signed lower right. H 10 1/2", W 8 1/2". Framed and matted. The other print depicting a young child. Signed lower right. H 17", W 20". Written on the back of the frame, " Presentation to Lt. Col. Hallen, Chief Engineer of section, Kobe base, as a token of appreciation, for excellent guidance during his stay in Japan. Shigenzo Kumada, Kumada General Contracting Co. 5 Chome, Kotoocho, Kobe City, Japan". On the right side, of the back of the frame, there is writing in Japanese. From the Estate of Daniel Clancy, Voltaire Place, Grosse Pointe Farms.
The print of the young child has some water damage in the lower left corner, approx. 1" x 2".
