Depicting Abraham Lincoln looking over a battle map with General Ulysses Grant over his right shoulder and Secretary of War Edwin Stanton over his left shoulder. Signed below Lincoln's right leg. "Patented March 31 1868" in the back of the sculpture. "Wounded to the Rear - One More Shot" (H 24", Dia. 10") depicting a soldier readying a shot with a wounded comrade at his feet.
