KARL ALBERT, OIL ON MASONITE, H 18", W 24 1/4", "DESERT RAMPARTS":Signed lower left. Karl Albert grew up in Wyoming and began painting about 1930 while working as a postmaster in Oro Grande, a small town in the Mojave desert.
Condition
The painting needs to be cleaned. There are some spots of dirt in the upper skyline and tiny dark spots at the left and right sides of the painting. The painting is NOT framed it just has a matte around it. Otherwise good condition jw/TW 9-14-17
