KESTNER, JDK 243, ASIAN, BISQUE HEAD DOLL, MADE IN GERMANY, H 13":Marked on the back of the head: "J Made In Germany 10" and "243 JDK". Original German wig. Green Silk and embroidered costume. Painted eyebrows and lashes, open mouth and two upper teeth. Hinged composition limbs at shoulders and hips. Composition body.
Condition
Age crack on right foot, chip out of left big toe. Some soil to the body and costume, GA. Wig is loose and partially separated from doll's head. MS 6/29/17
The eyes DO NOT open and close . The bisque head does not have any chips or cracks.
