Silver frames or sleeves at base 4.5" x 3.2" slip off of green hand-blown decanters (star cut bottoms) which are decorated in enamel. Silver stoppers with putti have green glass terminals which are in good condition. Maker "BM", rampant lion, leopard head, date mark"b". Also an impressed fleur de lis and a fancy "n" in a shield. Sterling collars have same hallmarks. Stoppers also have hallmarks.
