Wear to edges and binding is loose.  JMF  None of the pages are loose.    The spine  is cloth bound and there is some wear to the cloth at the top of the spine.  At the lower part of the spine there is a 1” long by ¼” wide piece of the cloth missing, but this DOES NOT affect the integrity of the spine.  There is wear all along the very edges of the cover  and at the corners, from use.   Some of the pages at the interior have pen and pencil marks underscoring some sentences marking paragraphs in parentheses .   A couple pages have been marked with a star in ink at the upper right corner.  There are approximately 19 of these pages with pen and or pencil marks on them.  TW 2-10-17
