The Meissen pieces include one shell form serving dish (H 2.5" x W 10" x D 10"), one cheese board server (W 6" x L 10"), one rimmed serving board (W 8.75" x L 10.75"), one pair of candlesticks (H 9.5" x DIA 6"), one handled 2-tray server (H 3.25" x W 7.5" x L 9"), one covered vegetable tureen (H 5.75" x W 8.75" x L 11.5"), one covered teapot (H 5.75" x W 6.5" x L 10"), one rectangular serving dish (H 2" x W 7.75" x L 10"), and two open square form bowls (H 3.75" x W 8" x L 8"), one covered sugar bowl (H 4.5" x DIA 4.5"). The Ernst Teichert pieces include one oval form serving bowl (W 6.5" x L 10"), one coffee pot (H 9.25" x W 5.25" x L 7"), two Ernst Teichert for Meissen pitchers (H 3"-5"), one covered sugar (H 3" x DIA 3.5"), and one serving bowl (H 2" x DIA 10.75"). Each bearing signature branding to the undersides under glaze. Date marks range circa 1860-1945. Provenance: Property inherited by descent, private collection, Holland & Franklin, Michigan.

Condition

The shell form dish has small fleabite chips to the rim. The rectangular serving dish is not accompanied with cover. The rosebud handles on the sugar bowls, teapot, and coffee pot have chips and associated losses. | Please note all lots show signs of wear commensurate with age and use, and the lack of a statement regarding condition does not imply the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from defects or the effects of aging.
