NATURAL SAPPHIRE AND DIAMOND HEART NECKLACE, L 18":A 14kt yellow gold chain and heart form pendant studded with 0.85ct natural sapphire and 0.40ct round diamonds. The diamonds have an I-color and Si-1 clarity. The chain measures L.18 1/2", and pendant is W.7/8". Weighing 4.7 grams, approximately.
