OVAL 2.81 CT SAPPHIRE, DIAMOND AND 14KT GOLD RING, SIZE 6 1/4:A central blue 2.81ct sapphire, flanked by two trillion cut diamonds set on a 14kt yellow and white gold shank. AGL sapphire brief GB 53401. Weighing approximately 4 grams.
There appears to be some slight roughness to the girdle, otherwise in good condition.
